Lost in time, Pakistan

So how shall i start...

It has been many days that my hand has stop doddleling.

Like Rumi said, if the mouth is shut the heart has thousand of tounges.

So if the hand stops writting the brain starts to arrange words. And when the hands start writting all the words that was arranged, most of them has gone hidden.
Anyway, I've noted quite a number of pages since i was unable to update my blog myself, is due to several circumstances, which if i elabrate it would take much time here.

Anyway, i know that some of my friends would be please to hear that i'm in good health, indeed thank God that He has given me good health today, for several days now i was in very much pain. Don't get me wrong i'm not asking for sympathy nor for you to worry, like i said some of my friend would like to know my situation.
Currently i'm in Rawalpindi its about 20km from Islamabad. Purpose here is to get my Hajj visa. Still no answer from the Embassy. I hope this doesn't discourage me from pursuing my journey.

Back again to when i was sick.... This reminds me of what a doctor asked me to translate to Bahasa Indonesia to an Ustaz who contracted Malaria (i wrote about it a couple of pages back in my notebook). The question - 'Do you know why you are sick?'........

.. Lets start by talking about Pakistan first, shall we. Well, Pakistan is (which i'm still experiencing) very much different from all the countries that i've passed through. Physically, i would say that Pakistan is a land lost in time (maybe i heard this somewhere). The juxtaposition is amazing, like i'm in an internet cafe and just outside on the street theres a man using donkey for transportation. Anyway, theres more things too see then i could discribe with just words.

Essentially, for me here in Pakistan, I would say that it has spiritual effect on me. This is due to several expriences; I met, found and also attached with the Jama (commonly known as Tabliq). I was in much pain for several days, pain which i've never felt before. Alhamudullillah, those Jama guys are the ones who help me through.

The question-"Why was I sick?" That same question doctor asked the uztaz.... If i had say the weather or the food or the water, the doctor reminded me 'in the eyes of Allah you have failed His test. Allah is the One that has given you sickness and He is the One who gives the cure'. I agree. If i said the weather or the pollution here, that means i'm still thinking of my donkey.

And i could remember there are also some, i would rather said, sweet and encourageing words coming from an old man from Maghribi. But he said it in Arabic, which was translated to me by an Ustaz who was present at that moment.
OH before i go on again, for those who thinks that this trip is becoming a religious and spiritual journey, indeed (and i think so), it is what i'm going thru now. Hope it doesn't disappoint you guys, who might expect it to be a touristic or adventure or like lonelyplanet(in your own opinion) travel log or an informative travel guide. Again i'm sorry if i happen to disappoint you.

I'm still pink
and dont know when will i ever be red again.

OK back to the Maghrib folk. he said 'Our prophet like to visit those who are sick (i cant really remember whether he said our prophet like to be sick or like to visit those who are sick. Pls tell me if you know better) And he said, ' You should be happy that you are sick. Coz those who are in the path of Allah, if he is sick, Allah is cleansing his sin just like the trees losing their leaves in the autumn. Boy, i hope i'm one them that he meant. It seem that the only tree that i've planted is in Singapore... when will it be autumn?
